(a) No retail permit holder, manager, bartender or employee in charge of a licensed liquor premises shall knowingly or willingly allow, upon or about the licensed liquor premises, any fighting, brawling, loud noise, music, entertainment or other activities which constitute an annoyance or nuisance to persons outside the premises.
(b) The premises of a retail permit holder, after the legal hour of sale provided in the Ohio Liquor Control Law, in regulations of the Ohio Division of Liquor Control or in this Chapter, shall provide a clear and unobstructed view of the interior from the front of the premises.
(c) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
