§ 452.11 PARKING VEHICLE WITH NO VALID LICENSE PLATE ON STREET OR PUBLIC PROPERTY.

No person shall park any vehicle upon any public street, highway or public parking lot or area within the City upon which no license plate is displayed, or upon which is displayed any license plate that has expired, or upon which is displayed any license plate not legally registered and issued for such vehicle.
