   The following words and/or phrases used in this Chapter are defined in Section 430.01:

      All-Purpose Vehicle;

      Dealer;

      Electronic and Electronic Record;

      Electronic Dealer;

      Interstate Highway;

      Limited Access Highway or Freeway;

      Mini-Truck;

      Off-Highway Motorcycle;

      Operator;

      Owner;

      Snowmobile;

      Street or Highway.
