In accordance with Section 7.01 of the City's Charter, a Division of Accounting (Accounting Division) is hereby created within the Department of Finance, which shall have such employees as may from time-to-time be determined by the City Council. All such employees shall be appointed by the Finance Director and shall be under the supervision and control of the Finance Director.
