(a) Establishment. In accordance with Section 6.03 and Section 7.01 of the City Charter, a Department of Finance, which may also be known as the Finance Department, to be headed by the Director of Finance, who may also be known as the Finance Director, is hereby established. The Department of Finance shall have such employees as may from time-to-time be determined by the City Council.
(b) Divisions. The Department of Finance shall include the following Divisions:
(1) The Accounting Division;
(2) The Accounts Receivable & Billing Division;
(3) The Tax Division;
(4) The Payroll & Benefits Division; and
(5) The City Clerk’s Office.
