(a) Establishment. In accordance with Section 6.04 and Section 7.01 of the City Charter, a Department of Law, which may also be known as the Law Department, to be headed by the Director of Law, who may also be known as the Law Director, is hereby established. The Department of Law shall have such employees as may from time to time be determined by the City Council.
(b) Divisions. The Department of Law shall include the following Divisions:
(1) The City Prosecution Division;
(2) The Victim Advocate Division.
