244.07 CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT STANDARD.

All construction contracts entered into by the City shall be in accordance with the City of Xenia General Provisions for Construction Contracts, as amended, heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Engineer, the provisions of which are hereby adopted by reference and made a part hereof.
