(a) Establishment. In accordance with Section 7.01 of the City's Charter, a Department of Development Services, which may also be known as the Development Services Department, to be headed by a Director of Development Services, who may also be known as the Development Services Director, is hereby established. The Department of Development Services shall have such employees as may from time-to-time be determined by the City Council.
(b) Divisions. The Department of Development Services shall include the following Divisions:
(1) The Community Development Division;
(2) The Economic Development Division;
(3) The Planning and Zoning Division; and
(4) The Building Division.
