307.03 AMENDMENTS.
   Amendments to the Traffic Control Map and the Traffic Control File shall be made by one of the following two methods:
   (a)   Ordinance, resolution or motion of Council.
   (b)   Rule of the City Manager pursuant to the authority granted under Chapter 305.
