157.10 AMENDMENT AND DISSOLUTION.

This Trust may be amended by Council in order to improve its administration, but no such amendment shall alter, change or amend Section 157.01(c) or this section, so as to divert any of the assets of the Fund from the uses and purposes of Section 157.01(c).

In the event the Trustee is unable to carry out the uses and purposes hereof for any reason and it becomes necessary to terminate or dissolve the Trust, upon a determination thereof by the Court of Common Pleas, Hamilton County, Ohio, the moneys and assets of the Fund shall be placed in such fund as Council shall designate, and the Trust shall thereupon cease.
