(a) There is hereby created a Municipal Records Commission which shall consist of the City Manager as chairman, the Finance Director, the City Solicitor and a resident appointed by the City Manager. (Ord. 4-2001. Passed 1-16-01.)
(b) The Commission shall be governed by the Ohio Revised Code sections dealing with municipal records commissions and shall adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary to carry out the mandates of municipal records commissions pursuant to Ohio R.C. 149.39 et seq.
