137.04 ANIMAL WARDEN.

(a) The position of Animal Warden is hereby established, under the supervision of the Chief of Police. The Animal Warden shall be vested with authority to issue citations and make arrests under all applicable State statutes and City ordinances dealing with offenses involving animals.

(b) The City Manager, if deemed necessary, may appoint from time to time, an Animal Warden, who shall serve at the pleasure of the City Manager, in the unclassified service of the City.
