137.02 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Chief of Police shall, from time to time, make and alter all necessary rules and regulations for the government of the Police Department not in conflict with the Charter, State law or ordinances of the City. All rules and regulations issued hereunder shall be subject to the approval of the City Manager.
