Certain miscellaneous fees for returned checks, furnishing police reports, furnishing copies of City records, burglar alarm permits and false alarm fees shall be in accordance with the most current schedule of fees adopted by the City Council and shall be adjusted periodically and reflect any increases or decreases in such fees.
