The City Manager and the Finance Director shall constitute the Investment Committee for the purpose of ordering such investments of monies in the Treasury of the City and such obligations at not more than the current market value as the Committee may deem advisable in the interest of the City, in accordance with the Charter and the provisions of Ohio R.C. 731.56 et seq.
