121.02 FINANCE COMMITTEE: REPORT OF INCOME TAX STATUS.
   Council hereby directs the Finance Committee to report to Council in November of each year as to the status of the City's income tax and specifically addressing such report to the following items:
   (a)    Recommendations on changes in the tax rate;
   (b)   Anticipated revenues for the following year;
   (c)   Approximate administrative costs;
   (d)    Approximate disbursements of the receipts for the following year.
