1336.10 APPEALS.

Any person or entity aggrieved by a decision of the joint Historic Preservation Commission and Architectural Review Board may appeal such decision to City Council within thirty (30) days of such decision.

Appeals from a decision of Council shall be made to the Court of Common Pleas, Hamilton County, Ohio by any person or entity aggrieved by any final decision of Council in accordance with Chapter 2506 of the Ohio Revised Code. (Ord. 09-2021. Passed 11-15-21.)
