Any license granted by the City Manager pursuant to this Chapter may be revoked and terminated when, in the City Manager's opinion, the terms of this Chapter are being violated, or when the continued exercise of the license threatens public safety, is unreasonable, or no longer a desired use of the public right-of-way.
