If the City determines that the permitted string lights pose a hazardous condition or are otherwise not being properly maintained, the City Manager may require immediate action necessary to rectify the situation to the City's satisfaction.
(a) Burnt or otherwise malfunctioning light bulbs shall be replaced in a timely manner.
(b) All maintenance costs will be incurred for the holder of the Revocable Street License.
