(a) An application requesting a Revocable Street License to install string lights over the public right-of-way within the Wyoming Avenue Business District shall minimally include the following information:
(1) The name and contact information of the applicant.
(2) A site plan and layout clearly indicating the location and height clearance of the string lights.
(3) A detailed written explanation of why the proposed site is a suitable location for string lights.
(4) Written approval from all businesses and property owners which the string lights will be affixed to.
(5) A narrative outlining the specifications of the string lights, including but not limited to, the type, material, wiring, wind load capacity, and installation method.
(6) Proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance in an amount not less than one million dollars per occurrence that names the City of Wyoming as an additional insured.
(b) The minimum requirements for the installation of string lights over public streets and rights-of-way are as follows:
(1) The minimum clearance height shall be no less than fourteen feet six inches (14'6") at any point when above the public right-of-way.
(2) Installation is to be completed by a qualified electrician and an electric permit obtained from the Inspection Bureau, Inc. with passage of electrical inspection, as necessary.
(3) String lights which are not hard-wired have a maximum use of ninety (90) days.
