901.03 COMPLIANCE GENERALLY.

No person, firm, partnership, or corporation shall, without first obtaining approval from the City Manager or their designee in accordance with this Chapter, install string lights over any public right-of-way as defined herein. (Ord. 04-2021. Passed 7-19-21.)
