For purposes of this Chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
(a) "Wyoming Avenue Business District" means properties zoned E-Commercial with frontage on Wyoming Avenue bound by Van Roberts Place to east and Grove Avenue to the west.
(b) "City Manager" means the City Manager of the City of Wyoming or the City Manager's authorized representative thereof.
(c) "Clearance Height" means the distance between the lowest part of the string lights and the grade below it.
(d) "Right-of-Way" means the entire strip of land lying between the property lines of a street or other motorway, alley, sidewalk, crosswalk, or easement under control of the State or local authority.
(e) "String Lights" means small electric lights on a wire, string, or cable designed for outdoor decoration. (Ord. 04-2021. Passed 7-19-21.)
