1103.98 TREE, STANDARD.

"Standard tree" means a tree with a minimum caliper of two inches, ten to twelve feet high, or a deciduous hardwood variety normally capable of attaining a twenty-five foot spread when the tree is twenty years old. (Ord. 12-2012. Passed 10-15-12; Ord. 2-2014. Passed 1-21-14.)
