A "Solar Energy System" means one or more Solar Panels and the equipment and other associated infrastructure that are erected with the primary intention of generating electricity, storing electricity, or otherwise converting solar energy to a different form of energy for use on the property on which the system is installed. Solar Energy Systems may only generate energy in excess of the energy requirements of the property on which they are located if the energy is sold back to the public utility in accordance with the laws governing the same.
