1103.77 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS.

"Public improvements" means any of the following: roadway pavement; curbs; gutters; sidewalks; crosswalks; water mains; sanitary and storm sewers; and other appurtenant construction as related to the subdivision improvement plan.
