1103.64 LOT OF RECORD.

"Lot of record" means a lot which is a part of a subdivision, the map of which has been recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Hamilton County, or a lot described by metes and bounds, the description of which has been recorded in such office of the Recorder of Deeds.
