1103.63 LOT LINE.
   "Lot lines" are the property lines bounding a lot.

   (a)   LOT LINE, FRONT.
   "Front Lot Line" means the property line adjacent to the right-of-way line for lots abutting public streets or the property line adjacent to the frontage of a lot abutting a private street, extending between the side yard lines. For purposes of setbacks on panhandle lots, the lot line of the main body of the lot that most closely parallels the street right-of-way line shall be considered the front lot line.

   (b)   LOT LINE, REAR.
   "Rear Lot Line" means the property line that is most approximately parallel to and opposite from the front property line. (A.O.; Ord. 2-2014. Passed 1-21-14.)
   (c)   LOT LINE, SIDE.
   "Side Lot Line" means a property line that connects, and are generally but not always perpendicular to, the front and rear lot lines.
