1103.40 FILLING STATION.

"Filling station" means any building, structure or premises, enclosure or other place used for the dispensing, sale or offering for sale of automobile fuels and oils and automobile accessories. When such dispensing, sale or offering for sale of automobile fuel and oils is incidental to the conduct of a public garage, the premises shall be classified as a public garage.
