Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day during which such violation continues shall be considered a separate minor misdemeanor offense. All such separate offenses may be stated in a single complaint, with separate counts indicated for each day during which the violation is continued. No accumulation of days during which a violation is continued shall operate to increase the degree of the offense above that of minor misdemeanor.
