1331.07 TRAFFIC SAFETY; INGRESS AND EGRESS; VENTILATION AND LIGHT.
   Notwithstanding any provisions of this Chapter to the contrary:
   (a)   No sign shall be so located as to obstruct or interfere with traffic or traffic visibility.
   (b)    No sign shall be so designed or constructed as to resemble or imitate signs or signals erected by the City for the regulation of traffic or parking unless approved by the City in advance of such installation.
   (c)    No sign shall be so located as to obstruct or interfere with any ingress or egress to a building or other premises as required by the applicable Building or Zoning Code, or any window or other opening in any building providing ventilation or light to such building.
   (d)    No sign shall be affixed to nor placed on a utility pole, except a sign placed by the utility in the course of its business, or signs placed by employees of the State of Ohio or a political subdivision thereof or by a transit system authorized to operate within the City, subject to rules and franchise provisions of the utility owning the pole, and otherwise subject to applicable provisions of the City Code.
