Council hereby adopts the most current edition of the Residential Code of Ohio, as may be amended from time to time by the Ohio Board of Building Standards pursuant to its rule-making authority under Section 3781.10 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each time the Ohio Board of Building Standards updates and adopts a new edition of the Residential Code of Ohio, as set forth in Section 4101:8 of the Ohio Administrative Code, that edition shall automatically be applicable and enforceable in the City of Wyoming.
