1187.08 INSPECTIONS.

Inspections of nursery schools, child day care centers, and Adult Day Care Centers to insure continuing compliance with all applicable laws and regulations shall be made as follows:

(a) Public health inspections as required by the State of Ohio;

(b) Semi-annual fire inspections;
