1187.05 LOCATION.

The location of the area for care of infants and non-ambulatory children eighteen months of age or older or adult clients shall comply with the requirements of the laws and regulations of the State of Ohio. All other children shall be located on the first floor, unless adequate safety precautions are established for location on other than the first floor.
