1187.02 DEFINITIONS.
   (a)   "Administrator" means the person responsible for the daily operation of the center. The administrator and the owner may be the same person.
   (b)   "Adult client" means an individual sixty years of age or older that is provided service at the Adult Day Care facility and that is not otherwise qualified to be provided care in an adult group home as provided for in Chapter 1185 of the Codified Ordinances.
   (c)   "Adult Day Care Center" means a facility licensed by the City of Wyoming in accordance with the requirements of this Chapter.
   (b)   "Average daily attendance" means the maximum number of children or adults cared for at any one time each day the center is in operation during a quarter-year period, divided by the number of days the center is open.
   (c)   "Child day care center" means any place in which child day care is provided for three or more school-age children outside of school hours, infants, toddlers or preschool children in average daily attendance, other than the children of the owner or administrator of the center, with or without compensation.
   (d)   "Child day care" is defined as set forth in Ohio R.C. 5104.01(A) or as such section is amended.
   (e)   "Infant" means a child under eighteen months of age.
   (f)   "Nursery school" means a school serving the needs of three or more pre-kindergarten children by promoting growth and development through a half-day planned curriculum of training and education.
   (g)   "Preschool child" means a child who is three year old, but is not a "school age child" and excludes infants and toddlers.
   (h)   "School age" means a child who is enrolled in a grade at kindergarten or above, but is less than fifteen years of age.
   (i)   "Toddler" means a child who is at least eighteen months of age but less than three years of age.
