1187.01 REQUIREMENTS.

Nursery schools, child day care centers, and adult day care centers shall be permitted within the City of Wyoming, provided that, in addition to meeting the requirements of Chapter 1133, the following requirements are satisfied. For in-home day care centers (Type A or B), refer to the State of Ohio Board of Building Standards requirements.
