1183.04 HEIGHTS OF ANTENNA, WIND TURBINES, SOLAR PANELS, CHIMNEYS, AND SIMILAR ITEMS ON RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS OR PROPERTIES.

Chimneys, private radio towers and antenna, wind turbines, or other mechanical or non-mechanical appurtenances and alternative energy sources, when erected on a residential property and attached to a structure shall not exceed the height limitations prescribed for the zoning district in which they are located.
