Chimneys, cooling towers, elevator bulkheads, fire towers, monuments, stacks, stage towers, or scenery lofts, tanks, water towers, ornamental towers and spires, church steeples, radio towers, antenna, wind turbines, and other mechanical and non-mechanical appurtenances, constructed or located on non-residential properties or buildings and exceeding the height limitations otherwise prescribed in the zoning district in which they are located, shall be approved in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1133.
