Each member of the Architectural Review Board shall be a registered architect duly registered and authorized to practice architecture in and under the laws of the State, or recognized as an emeritus architect by the State Board of Examiners of Architects, and shall have a minimum of eight years of professional experience as a registered architect. Each member shall be a resident of the City; provided, however, City Council may waive the residency requirement.
