Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any provision of this Zoning Code shall be fined not less than fifty dollars, ($50.00) nor more than one-hundred dollars, ($100.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
