1135.11 RECORD OF CERTIFICATES.
   A record of all Zoning Certificates, Certificates of Completion, and Certificates of Occupancy shall be kept on file in the office of the City Manager in accordance with the approved records retention plan, and copies shall be furnished on request to any person having a proprietary or tenancy interest in the land or a building affected by such certificate.
