1133.08 NONCOMPLIANCE WITH DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

In the event a property owner fails to develop the property in accordance with the approved Development Plan or violates any provisions of the approved Development Plan, the City Manager shall have the authority to stop all work being performed and order corrective action to secure compliance with the requirements of the Development Plan.
