Intersections shall be as follows:
(a) At the intersection of two streets, property-line corners shall be an arc of twelve and one-half foot radius.
(b) Street curbs or edges of street pavements shall be founded by radii of at least twenty-five feet.
(c) The minimum radii, noted herein, shall be increased when the smallest angle of intersection is less than sixty degrees, or in any case where the Planning Commission considers an increase unnecessary.
