1117.17 GRADES.
   Grades shall be as follows:
   (a)    Maximum percent.
      (1)    Thoroughfares: six percent.
      (2)    Minor streets and alleys: twelve percent.
      (3)    Crosswalks: twelve percent unless supplemented by steps.
   (b)    Minimum percent.
      (1)   All streets: one-half percent.
         (Ord. 500-1959. Passed 4-20-59.)
