1117.10 ALLEYS.

Except where justified by special conditions, alleys will not be approved in residential districts. At an intersection of alleys, a five-foot chord shall cut off each corner. Dead-end alleys are prohibited. (Ord. 12-2012. Passed 10-15-12.)
