1117.07 UNSUBDIVIDED PORTION OF TRACT.

If the plat to be submitted includes only part of the tract owned by the subdivider, the Planning Commission may require a sketch of a tentative future street system for the unsubdivided portion. (Ord. 12-2012. Passed 10-15-12.)
