1115.11 NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 200 FEET OF PROPOSED SUBDIVISION.

In cases of referral or appeal to the Planning Commission, the City Manager shall notify the adjacent property owners, as specified in Section 1115.08 (i), of the pendency of the proposed subdivision.
