Items pertaining to the title shall be as follows:
(a) Name of the subdivision.
(b) Location by section, township, range, county, and state.
(c) Names and addresses of owner and engineer.
(d) Scale: not smaller than one inch equals sixty feet.
(e) Date.
(f) North point.
