Items pertaining to the proposed development shall be:
(a) Layout of streets, including names and widths of proposed streets, and widths of alleys, crosswalkways, and easements. Proposed street names shall not duplicate or too closely approximate, phonetically, the name of any other street in Hamilton County.
(b) Layout; numbers; dimensions; proposed lot lines including the distances and bearings; the total land area of the lots exclusive of any rights-of-way; the location of any and all existing buildings, structures, and other improvements; and their setbacks from all property lines; the location and a description of any easements; the principal average width and the principal average depth of all lots.
(c) Parcels of land intended to be dedicated or temporarily reserved for public use, or to be reserved by deed covenant for use of all property owners in the subdivision, and the conditions, if any, of such dedication or reservation.
(d) Typical street cross sections, or half-sections, at a scale not smaller than one-fourth inch equals one foot showing widths of roadways, and location and width of sidewalks. Where considerable cut and fill are involved, or wherever grading will affect adjacent properties, several actual cross sections showing proposed grading may be required, and their locations indicated on the plan.
(e) Profile of each street, with tentative grades (including adequate extension, where necessary, beyond the subdivision boundaries), including any proposed sewer lines and manholes. Scale: horizontal, same as plan; vertical, one inch equals ten feet.
(f) Plan and profiles of proposed sanitary, storm-water or combined sewers, with grades and pipe sizes. These shall include connections to outlets which might be beyond boundaries of subdivision. (Subsections (e) and (f) hereof may be shown on a separate drawing.)
(g) Statement that water mains and appurtenances will be installed in accordance with the rules and regulations and under the supervision of the Water Department of the City of Wyoming.
(h) Building setback lines, shown graphically along all streets, with dimensions. This requirement is applicable wherever there are no zoning provisions or wherever such setbacks are greater than those required by prevailing zoning.
