Items pertaining to the title shall be as follows:
(a) Proposed name of the subdivision, which shall not duplicate or too closely approximate, phonetically, the name of any other subdivision in Hamilton County.
(b) Location by section, township, range, county, state.
(c) Names and addresses of the owner, developer, technician who made the plan, and engineer responsible for engineering details.
(d) Scale of the plan at any of the following:
1 inch = 60, 50, 40, 30 or 20 feet.
(e) Date.
(f) North point.
