"Certificate of Occupancy" means the document issued by the Residential Building Official indicating that a final inspection of a project requiring a Residential Building Permit, Zoning Certificate, or other license from the City of Wyoming, has been finished and the work was found to be in compliance with the applicable provisions of the governing Code, regulations, or other measures where a Certificate of Completion is not otherwise required or required to be issued by the City of Wyoming.
